Fully staffed, 6 suites, beautiful grounds and private pool.
Dating back to the 16th century, the Villa was acquired by the Dukes of Serbelloni in the 18th centuary and expanded along the Neoclassical style of the era.
It remains full of period heirlooms and artwork—including the bed in which Napoleon and Josepine Bonaparte slept when they visited the Palazzo Serbelloni in Milan.
With its original terrazzo floors, frescoes by the school of Tiepolo, and hand-crafted Murano chandeliers, it`s a living museum—a testament to the grandeur and splendor of Lake Como eras past.

Villa Suite Bellini @passalacqualakecomo definitely deserves its own reel - I mean just look at it!

Back to the lake.....
During my recent return visit to Lake Como, I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon at one of Italy`s, if not the world`s, hottest new hotels.
Since opening in June 2022, Grand Hotel Tremezzo`s baby sister has won prestigious awards and welcomed numerous notable guests but despite its grand stature overlooking the lake, it feels like staying in a beautiful home rather than a hotel.
You can see and feel the love and attention to detail that has gone into restoring the historic villa and the passion of its owners and team is evident throughout.
I can`t wait to return for a longer visit and would urge anyone looking for somewhere truly special to consider doing the same!

No visit to Lake Como is complete without a trip out on the water.
Hop off for a spot of shopping in Bellagio, cruise past all of the fabulous lake front villas, many of which have been featured in movies such as Oceans 12, Star Wars Attack of the Clones and Casino Royal. You can even have a nosey at George Clooney and Robert de Niro`s pads, the Versace Villa and many other impressive properties.
We enjoyed about 3 hours on board cruising from Tremezzo, across to Bellagio and Varenna and down to @passalacqualakecomo

Such a special day exploring Biarritz and surrounding French Basque Country with @hegarty.shaun & Maya @espritbasque starting with seafood tapas @biarritz_halles_centre_ville and lunch at a superb restaurant next door.
We then headed for a mooch around the beautiful seaside towns of Bidart and Saint-Jean-de-Luz catching an impromtu match of pelota 🏓
Thank you also for the local goodies!
Right next door to @reginabiarritz is it`s smaller sister hotel @garagebiarritz - as the name would suggest it`s an old mechanics garage turned hip boutique hotel.
Definitely a surf vibe with casual open plan reception / bar / casual dining area and terrace with pool and DJs on the weekend.
We enjoyed sunset drinks and tapas on the terrace of one of the rooftop suites, somewhere I`d definitely like to head back to stay with the fam!
